Abuela Teresa grew up in Camaná, Arequipa, where fresh seafood and traditional Arequipeña flavors inspired her cooking. Her recipes and family traditions eventually made their way to Anaheim, becoming the heart of Sumak Peruvian Restaurant and the authentic flavors we proudly serve today.
